This is a superlative product.
Repeat purchase by me after using the same model for ten years

Water gets heated to requisite temperature very fast.
It is very effectively insulated and keeps water hot over a long period of time..
It has a several in built safety features for safe usage.
In all, it is a wonderful bargain at a fairly competitive pricing

Nice product. Easy to install and use. Reliable and time tested brand. Timely delivery by hardware shack , makes a pleasant purchase experience. Only suggestion to Venus is to change quality of moulded plug where metal connecting pins have plastic inside and is very brittle.
