Venus is a household name as far as water heaters are concerned. Even the customercare service is very good. When I called at their tollfree no., they straightaway put me through to the customercare executive who took my details and booked my installation request. The very next day, the product was installed by skilled technician.

The heater has getting noisier when heating after 4 months of usage. Usually this is not the case. We’ve seen this type of problem before, but with Venus Lava instant heater model. Gradually after increase in noise 2 things happen…
1. Takes long time to heat
2. Even after thermostat cuts off, the heat will never be the same as it has been after first usage

Eventually this heater will stop working

The product was delivered on time. Packing was ok. The box had all the things you will need for installation including pipes, nuts and other things. You have to call Venus customer service and book an appointment for installation. The installation was free. I did not spend a single penny.
The 15 litre capacity is adequate for use by one person. The product is working well.
