   For installation, you just have to call the customer care(1800 419 0505) and they will install it for free. Please note you will have to buy pipes and joints separately or from the guy who comes for installation.

   There is a free installation coupon inside the box, which you need to give to the installation guy that comes after you call customer care.

   It heats water within 10 mins(even in cold weather), which is incredible.

   It also have knob for adjusting water temperature.

   Overall, it is best geyser you can buy at this price point.

   I have purchased this product 2nd time. It’s value for money. Water gets hot within 10 minutes. Best product to be used for upto 6 family members in peak official time.

   Wonderful support received from Crompton Team, when faced issue in installing the product i.e. within 24hrs time period. The complaint was addressed even after once month of purchase of item. Thanks to the Support Team.

   The packet didn’t have the acessories like clamp and fixing screws to install the geyser as committed and meotioned on the product page. Had to buy local accessories to complete the installation
